Robust and versatile

Ceramic abrasive media are the best choice for many mass finishing processes. They are extremely dense, allowing them to exert a greater pressure during mass finishing and deburring of components. Ceramic also has a long service life.

Retaining shape

Even when used for long periods, ceramic abrasive media retain their shape. The only change is a reduction in size as a result of the abrasion. This allows you to work for longer with these abrasive media. Depending on the processing task, the abrasive media must be separated from a certain size. This stops them getting stuck in boreholes or gaps in the components.

The right abrasive media for every process

During trowalizing, the best result naturally depends heavily on the right abrasive media. Walther Trowal therefore gives you a wide range to choose from. Our ceramic abrasive media have different abrasion performances, shapes and sizes.
