Ceramic Media
Our range of ceramic media is manufactured at our facility in the potteries area of Stoke-on-Trent.
Ceramic media is typically used for the finishing of various hard metals although it can be used on other materials too.
With vast experience in manufacturing ceramics, we supply a wide range of ceramic media abrasive grades from our fast cutting WXC grade down to our fine polishing non-abrasive GP grade. The ceramic media is also available in a wide range of shapes determined by the size and geometry of the die used during the extrusion and subsequent cutting operation.

Plastic Media
Our range of plastic media is manufactured at our facility in Germany.
Plastic media is typically used on softer metals like aluminium, copper and brass. The lower density provides a gentler process compared to the higher density ceramic media. Plastic media can also be used on harder materials, for example our V2030 plastic media grade is widely used for smoothing titanium or cobalt chrome prior to polishing.
We supply a wide range of plastic media abrasive grades from our fast cutting HSC grade down to our fine polishing non-abrasive PP grade. The plastic media is also available in a wide range of shapes determined by the size and geometry of the moulds used in production.

Liquid Compounds
Our range of liquid compounds are manufactured at our facility in Germany.
Our liquid compounds enhance the surface finishing process performance by maintaining the cutting efficiency of the media whilst also providing corrosion protection with T77 or degreasing with KFL for example. We also supply new environmentally friendly, soap free liquid compounds like KRA or KRS. There is a wide range to choose from depending on the surface finishing application.
