Small parts coating machine for uniform coating thickness results
Walther Trowal Ltd offers advanced small parts coating machines, ensuring precision and repeatability for mass-produced small components with complex surface geometries.
Coat small parts without delay
Small part coating is a game-changer for industries requiring precision and durability in their components. At Walther Trowal Ltd, we specialise in enhancing the surfaces of mass-produced small parts, including O-rings, springs, bearing seals and various fasteners. Our advanced Rotamat coaters eliminate the need for costly and time-consuming manual processes, delivering uniform results every time. Whether it’s decorative finishes, corrosion protection, insulation coatings, dry film lubricants or rubber-to-metal-bonding agents our machines cater for a wide range of needs. With over 90 years of expertise, we’re here to help you achieve superior surface quality while reducing costs and improving efficiency.

How our coating process works
Our small part coating process utilises state-of-the-art Rotamat coaters, designed for efficiency and precision. The rotary drum technology ensures a fully automated process, eliminating the need for manual placement on racks. This not only saves time but also ensures consistent coating quality. Depending on your requirements, we can spray a variety of coating materials, including decorative paints, silicon lubricants or corrosion-resistant materials. Each batch is carefully processed, with capacities ranging from 2 to 160 litres, depending on the Rotamat model. The result? Perfectly coated parts that are ready for use, with no compromise on quality or performance.
Applications of small part coating
Our small parts coating machines are versatile, catering to a wide range of applications. Decorative coatings enhance the aesthetic appeal of components, while lubricating coatings reduce friction and prevent wear. For industries requiring strong bonds, our rubber to metal bonding agent coatings provide reliable adhesion between substrates and elastomers. Corrosion protection coatings offer long-lasting durability without hazardous chemicals, and insulation coatings are ideal for electronic components. Whatever your industry - automotive, aerospace, medical, or general engineering - our solutions are tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring optimal performance and longevity for your components.
